Terms of service

Last updated 29 October 2026

Postline is run by Traction Labs, Kathmandu, Nepal ("Postline", "we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Traction Labs. By creating an account or using Postline you agree to them. If you use Postline for a company or team, you agree for them too.

1. What Postline does

Postline lets you upload videos once and publish them on a schedule to the YouTube channels, Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you connect. Teams share a workspace, and Postline shows what posted, what failed and how videos perform.

2. Your account

3. Your content

You keep every right to the videos, titles, captions and other material you upload. You give Postline a limited permission to store, process and publish that material - only to the accounts you connect, only as you schedule, and only for as long as needed to run the service. You promise you have the rights to post it and that it follows the Acceptable use policy and the rules of each platform.

4. Connected accounts

Only connect accounts you own or are allowed to manage. Postline acts on your instructions when it posts. YouTube, Facebook and Instagram have their own terms, which also apply to what you post there; they can change or limit their services at any time, and Postline can't control that.

5. Your storage and your keys

Workspaces may connect their own storage bucket and their own Facebook app. You are responsible for those accounts, their costs and their settings. Postline keeps the keys you give it encrypted and uses them only to run your workspace.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans are subscriptions sold through Dodo Payments, our reseller and merchant of record. See the Billing policy for plans, trials, renewals, cancelling and refunds.

7. Fair use and limits

Postline limits how often some actions can run, to keep the service fast for everyone. Don't try to get around these limits, probe the service for weaknesses, or access other people's workspaces. If you find a security problem, email security@postline.tech.

8. Availability

Postline is provided "as is". We work to post every video on time, but platforms, networks and storage providers can fail, so we can't promise that every post goes out at the exact time. When a post fails, the dashboard says so and you can retry it.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Postline is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, for content you posted, or for actions taken by the platforms on your accounts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Postline in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Postline and delete your data at any time (see Delete your data). We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, breaks a platform's rules, or puts other users at risk - we'll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

11. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell workspace owners by email or in the dashboard before the change takes effect. Using Postline after that means you accept the new terms.
