Questions
Which platforms can it post to?
YouTube, Facebook Pages and Instagram (business or creator accounts linked to a Facebook Page). TikTok is coming soon: it's built and waiting for TikTok to approve Postline.
Do I need my own Facebook app and storage?
Yes. Facebook and Instagram post through your own Meta app, and videos are kept in your own Backblaze B2 or S3 bucket. The setup guides walk you through both with screenshots, and it means your posts, files and keys stay under your control.
What happens when a login expires?
Postline marks the account, tells you, and holds the posts. When you sign in again, every post that failed because of the login is sent again on its own.
Can my script or AI agent add videos?
Yes. Make an API key in Settings, upload with a signed link, then queue the video with its title and caption. There is a ready-made prompt you can paste into your agent.
Is the plan per workspace or per person?
Per person. Your plan covers every workspace you own; people you invite don't need a plan of their own.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and you can delete your data whenever you want.
