Schedule YouTube Shorts from a queue
Uploading a Short every day by hand is slow, and YouTube Studio makes you set each one up separately. With Postline you load a folder of videos once. It uploads the next one at each time you pick.
How it works
- Connect your channel with Google. There's nothing to set up in Google Cloud, and Brand Accounts work.
- Set your posting times, such as 9:00 and 17:00 in your channel's timezone.
- Pick a folder of videos. A text file next to each one gives its title and caption.
- Postline posts in name order, so number your files to set the order.
Made for Shorts
-
#shortsis added to the description if it's missing. - Set privacy, category, language, the made-for-kids flag and the AI-generated label once per channel.
- The same queue can post to Facebook and Instagram at the same time.
- Views and likes are collected nightly, so you see what worked next to what's waiting.
When something breaks
If a login expires, posts wait instead of disappearing. Sign in again and they go out on their own. Every post is checked until YouTube shows it, and the log explains what happened in plain words.
